The study executed for IMMORENT AG deals with the use of a commercial property, conveniently located on a main road and across from an interurban railway station. Existing traffic noise, lighting requirements as well as the heterogeneous use led to a meander-shaped layout with large, quiet courtyards.
The street façade reflects the technological demands of a modern office in combination with e_apartments (IT-equipped flats for use of limited duration by businesspeople).
