The international manufacturer of fire-fighting vehicles needed a new logistics centre located at group headquarters. The specific position of the building was mainly given. To reserve space for future expansion, an underground parking facility was suggested for employee cars. The warehouse above was optimised functionally and designed to be a modern continuation of the existing corporate architecture.
