In the Vienna International Center Eurest became the new caterer of one of the largest canteens in Middle Europe (over 3.000 meals/day) and had the premises renovated based on a design concept by Tzou Lubroth Architects.
The realization under operation took place in 3 steps, split into functional areas: free flow, cafeteria, restaurant, bar, kitchen, dish wash and patisserie.
